We’re not about thrashing, shouting and minimum calories.  Our breaks are based on losing weight sensibly through setting realistic individual goals.  We teach our guests how to change their mindset and show them actionable methods of keeping fit, healthy and trim.

Often “weightloss” holidays focus on cutting back food intake too much – which is counter-productive as many people find they put weight back on once home.  Part of our holiday is participating in fun cookery classes and planning nutritional changes to your own cooking at home.  Our Michelin star chefs will show guests how to enjoy the foods they like, but in a more health-conscious and liberating way.

Above getting fit and experiencing new activities – our guests also get to enjoy the beautiful Cyprus landscape and our stunning natural surroundings.  Most of our activities are conducted al fresco and guests will get to see the stunning sunrise and sunsets during their activities.

Improving your overall wellbeing is also a key reason to come on this type of break.  Our team of friendly instructors will make everyone welcome – regardless of size,shape,age and ability.

  • Elitefitnessweek instructors are all ex Army Physical Training Corps/ex Army Fitness Instructors with decades of accredited fitness teaching experience.
  • Our private chef has experience from Michelin starred restaurants – so you will dine like a god/goddess – albeit a healthy one!
  • The onsite nutritionist and food-coach will help you to eat the food you like and educate you on the types of food and dieting that will work for you and your healthy lifestyle back home.
  • Your enjoyment and satisfaction is our main concern – so we limit our capacity each week to a maximum of eight guests per villa.
  • We are the only holiday of this type in Cyprus – meaning you can get fitter and healthier in the beautiful surroundings of our sunny island.
